Well, that rat would be worth a couple of early 2009 rares, about the worth of the lowest tier of advents. The punk dog is in the 3rd lowest tier, and the gap between tiers are basically handfuls of 2009 rares.

Should be fair, if I remember correctly the 2011 PPS was released in Feb and the 2010 PPS was released in November/December.
