Poor Medium Speckled Rat.. no one will offer a Pink or Blue Balloon for you... ; n ;
Even when I added a Marionette dog to my side with you- still nothing out of it... sigh.

You can't really say that for sure.
It's real money. If I bought these pets with my actual money, I, too, would like to get something better than a '10 rare for them.
Everyone values them differently, but it's not all that unafir to ask for 09 rares in return.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure almost all of CS values them as an '10 rare. :/ After all, they'll be available until October & don't cost that much money. They might be going for '09's because of demand, but that's really not what they're worth.

each store pets depending on the years have different worths:)
the two recent ones are worth about mid 2010 rare that I know of

Everyone keeps telling me they are worth a late-mid 09 rare. Since they cost 20 to buy and a 09 rare is worth 20-25.

for 2011 store pets I would be happy to pay an 09 rare.
for 2012 ones? no thank you. I value them at a mid 2010 rare and wouldnt pay more than an early 2010 rare for each. thats what most of cs values them as pets.

so I concluded that I need to get atleast 6 ripple dogs a day,, starting now to have 700 before my birthday.
I am hardly able to get 2 a day e.e

I have been trying for about 2 months, maybe a little less, to trade my Speckled for a Line Trible/Joker Bun/Rainbow Mane (I have the pets to equal those guys) but nothing. I tried offering on a Balloon but no and I also tried overpaying for a Skeleton PPS but no. So I am back to the first option and just trying to find someone.

It is furstrating isnt it T_T I feel your pain.
