I think it's fair. Both in rarity and demand.

Unfair to you. The Target Dog is two spaces higher on the September' List.
As for the demand.. I'm not sure. But, in my oppinion, the Target Dog is in higher demand. Not sure, as I said.

I'd say unfair to the bunny as well. Mostly because the rares aside from the aussie dog, are all very esy to obtain rares since they have like no demand.

I believe the demand has leveled back out to that being a fair swap. I'm not entirely sure, as a VRH I see a couple of people who hoard the fireworks pps, but I've usually seen the Malk pps as easier to trade off. I think because there are about an even amount of people that would say the firework has more demand and then the others would say the malk, that demand wise it's fair.

Demand and rarity wise that is unfair to the target dog. Far more people want the target than the cerb, though the cerb can fetch a good price when traded to the right sort of person, it's much easier to get a good trade on the target dog.
