I'm not sure about the second one, but for the first one, your pets definitely have a higher demand than their pets. It's fair enough rarity wise, but the Malk has a bit of an edge what with, well, being a Malk. The Warrior also has the edge on species as compared to the other dog. If you're looking to keep your trade fodder, I think you should not accept.

The second one i think is unfair to the bottom, because the rare and '11 uncommon would be equal to the store pet, and the '08 uncommon is older than the cat, which would make it unfair to you. Please excuse me if I'm wrong.
