Just took a stroll through the Auction Forum.

Auto's for a Sunback auction (keep in mind Sunback is only midway up the top of the main list which is exactly where it belongs.)

• MoonSwirl. (will add an advent)
• Dogtag + Red X PPS
• Joker + Coon-Tail.
• DogTag + UR rat
• UR cat + Red toxic + Aqua punk.

Really? I mean, yeah, your autos are supposed to be a bit above your pet's worth but this is a bit... much.
I get the feeling they don't really intend to trade off that dog. I stay far away from those kinds of auctions as they just string me along and toy with my emotions forever until I'm on the verge of just snapping.

I put them as my autos on the advice of a friend who said that's what they wear going for. XD

there's a fine line between an auto that actually makes sense and an auto that is so incredibly ridiculous that you have to sit and look at a wall for a while. you can easily have a realistic auto that's worth a bit more rather than something like a sunjewel for a yin-yang dog. the annoying thing about auctions is that a lot of the time i see people that base how they rate their bids and such after their autos, so... yeah.

My rant- i sent a bid in for an auction and the person sent it back saying this "would you like to add anything else?" Then they PMd me saying that if i added my red butterbun it would be an auto...of course it would its at the top of one of the lists! It made me so mad...then this person also tells me that the pet for auction is also already in a trade...then why auction it??

I just saw an auction for one of the '12 store satyr dogs and the autos were a UR tiger, UR fruits and cucumber, green liontail and 6 of the new store pets. It worrys me about demand on here...

No joke. I don't even bother sending trades anymore, a lot of people seem to have ridiculous demands as a part of their daily standard. But it's especially prevalent in auctions, certainly.

{Warning! Ranting about myself and my auction.}

What have I done?! Yep, started another auction. Hopefully this time more than two of the pets get either Auto's or won by a bidder. Alot of them seem to drag along. And now I've got to spend the next day and a half thinking of reasonable autos for those pets that should have an auto and then boosters. I really should keep a list of boosters and autos for every auction I do that contains the same pets. That would help with this. I also seem to get the idea to auction pets when I can't sleep! Someone, take my iPod away from me! Lol, I love running auctions but those first few days, and last few days are frustrating. That's the time period when it's either bad bids or when it's getting close to crunch time and you have to decide a winner then. Some bids are hard to choose from. Then I get guilty over choosing one over another. >.< I don't know why. Atleast I remembered to link it in my sig this time. XD I was so mad at myself for no doing that in my last auction. I blame that for the lack of bids... So I definitely made a small handful of small mistakes my last auction but it was getting autos up quickly, making sure my rules were clear, linking it in my sig and not being so hard stuck to my rules. I guess I was more flexible during that auction while with my others I was a bit of a prick when it came to my rules and people following them. Hopefully this time I can fix that and find the good middle ground with enforcing my rules without being a prick over them. I'm supposed to welcome people, not yell at them. I learned that the very first auction about being too much of a prick but finding that middle ground has proven harder to find. I think I got it this time though.

So bad bids, awesome bids and crazy bids. Bring it on! I'm ready to deal with you all once more! This is going to be long and frustrating. Hopefully no one finds any autos I post as insane or crazy. I want to stay off of the outrageous auto/booster list. >.>

And what's with trades being sent to my after I start moving pets into my auction group and put up the first post on the auction thread? They don't say thier bids. I don't mind them cause in all fairness I just stuck the pets up for auction and I'm patient with people who do that. It just always seems to happen. I find it confusing. Anyone else have that problem? I just send it back as a suggestion with a message basically saying the pet(s) are up for auction, please be sure to read all the rules and Give them a link to the thread and say to have a wonderful evening and I wish them the best. It's just odd. It always happens I'd say on average 2 or 3 times I put up an Auction.

{I know doesn't sound like a rant but when you haven't slept in about 39 hours and have a rant thats what it looks like if I'm doing it. it's not really a focused rant either.}

So a few days ago, I entered an auction for a Strawberry PPS with a 5th tier advent. The auto was anything on the bottom tier or higher.

And of course, it didn't get auto'd :I
In the end, I paid a 5th and a 6th tier. I won, but it still kinda annoys me that I wasn't auto'd. Isn't that what auto means?
