Honestly? find a post they made, report the post, and explain you're reporting their signature because they're listing a pet without your permission, and if you've been dealing with them in PM's you can report the PM instead since it'll have your requests in it.
Also once you get a pet it is yours, they really can't impose anything, like you can't trade it, on you, they can ask but I say unless they're willing to do and even swap back IF you want to trade, then your free to do as you want.

Side note, I found another auction editor! It sucks because they have a few pets I REALLY want, but when I carefully made a overbid (based on the rares list and where the pets rank), what do they do? edit it back asking for EVERY Very rare and rare I have, basically I could have gotten 2-3 of what I bid on for what they "wanted".
I'm fuming now, I HATE people that edit bids and do it so GROSSLY unfair.
