Someone I know in RL (not a friend, though) had my password...
Decided that she wanted one of my event items, so she logged onto her account and sent me a trade for it, offering me a horse blanket in return. The message she left was "pleeeeeeeeeeeeese!" (Gawd I hate begging).
She couldn't wait for me to log into my account and accept (I was going to cancel anyways, I needed that item!) So she took my password, logged into MY ACCOUNT and ACCEPTED THE TRADE!
...
I logged on a few hours later and was going through my trades... Saw a newly accepted one... Checked it.. 'Hhm, Why did I accept that? I don't want any horse blanke-wait WHAT THE!?!?! Ok, I don't remember receiving that trade, let alone accepting it!'
*Calls across house for RL person who owns the account in question*
"See this trade?? I don't remember accepting it...."
*Guilty look from person.*
(Sinking in stomach).
"Please tell me you did NOT do what I think you did..."
(Silence)

Then this person just starts going on about how it's MY fault for not changing my password often enough for added security blah blah blah. And i'm like SERIOUSLY??
I CANNOT believe this...
And not even ONE single "sorry."

And I can't get the item back because they traded it in for some event pets...
And I had a cool trade war going with them as well, plus when they where new because I knew them in RL I gave them heaps of stuff, I gifted them darn STORE HORSES... And all and now I just feel gutted...


It's not the item i'm worried about, it's the fact that they stole my password and used it to benefit themselves... If they had have asked I probably would've given them some items to help them out..!



Mods if you're reading this I would really like this person to be warned/punished whatever please PM me if you want to see the trade... I don't want them banned forever or anything but i'm just SO annoyed right now... I'm pretty sure that stealing passwords is against the rules?

When people tell me the pet(s) they're offering are on the Rares List/re-releases.
I'm quite aware of that, I know most pet's dates off the top of my head, and I'm sure as there is a sky I can tell whether a pet is a rerelease or not. This is something that's bugged me for some time now, so ye. e_e;

Well. Look at me, do you think I don't know if something is a re release or not? Sorry, but you even telling me that (when I was fully capable of seeing it for myself) is rather.. Annoying, in a way. Doesn't mean that if you leave "oh this is a rerelease" out, that people will bite your head off. Some people do need that message, yes, but I absolutely loathe it when people do it to me.

I was tired and ready to log off when this trade popped into my inbox. Simple right? No message, both wishlist pets. I have a bunch of those dogs, I'm helping a friend with a hoard so in my brain dead state I mixed up the sides of the trade. I was thinking, "What the heck, I don't need the owl, I will send the dog back as a gift." Edited out the owl, sent it back with a nice message saying "Enjoy the gift." and went to bed thinking I'd bombed someone and done a nice thing.

Ugh, the person accepted it. Then thought I had tricked them out of a beloved pet. I woke up this morning to three new PMs full of flames, !!!! and more of these guys > then I thought humanly possible. Plus I was foed so can't send the pet back and explain it was a mistake on my part.
