I think there will be 3, like in most pets. Newborn, young/child/kitten, and adult.

3 stages will be great. Gives the possibility of a PPS one!!! One that stays a kitten, if only the real ones were like that. I'm just anxious to see if the end adult stage is a new lineart or the warrior cat lineart.

I think it will be. Having new lineart for 1 or 2 stages and not the end would be a little weird. Of course, here on CS where horses can come from eggs, stranger things have happened.
