Would the blue sorbet bun and red butter bun be a fair swap? I know the blue is lower on the advents lits but there might be a demand/value im missing here.

I need some serious help figuring out if these trades are fair, all are high+low rares list for high rares list so I need someone who has experience with that, though any advice is appreciated.
