Unfair to the bottom. Take the rainbow Draft out and replace with a mid '09. Rainbow Drafts go for Uncommons unfortunately.

Yeah that's unfair to the coons. I know the gap from the noncoon to the coontail is around a red toxic if I remember right and the July PPS is only one step above that.
(And honestly it's just about impossible to get just a coontail with a July PPS from what I've experienced lol.)

The top needs to do more than that that bun is just from this past easter and that's not even considering the demand for sortics which are worth a bit more than their rarity tag and date.
