Report them, because honestly, that's rude. That's beyond the point of reporting. I can't believe someone is that immature to send an unfair trade, then a rude PM, and on top of it lying the whole time.

In all seriousness, report them, cancel the trade with no message and write jibber jabber as a responce to their PM. ( Not actually the words "Jibber Jabber" but "jhbgerbhrth" )

You do NOT derserve to be treated that way. If they call you of all people stupid, then they are one of the most ignorant people I have ever heard of. They obviously don't know what they are talking about, and to act that silly over pixles is just..Argh, I don't know how to say it without getting banned. Just ignore them, don't waste your time with people like that. It will only hurt you in the end, they aren't worth it.
