Because you have way too many images and the text/rules is hard to find ^^; I wouldn't know you actually had rules in there. By they way, the threat at the beginning is against the rules. Even though you think it is funny, it could scare some kid.

I think I read somewhere, not sure where, that they can't see our messages. It might have been in this thread. Someone had the same problem and another user said that COPPA'S can't read messages. Not sure since I haven't had this happen to me yet.

Yes they can. I just had a trade banter with a COPPA user. And every message I sent they understood. I told them not to ask for certain pets for certain reasons and they did. They can understand us fine.

I met a COPPA user in the oekaki forms and they said "What is in that PM you sent me? I could only read the title."
