It's hard to tell with unknowns but because those are store pets, they are likely end up Very rare, so I'd say probably not.
Store pets are generally worth a 2009 rare each by the end of the month. But right now demand is way higher becuase they just came out. Techniacally they are fair, but if no one wants to trade than just wait till later int he month rather than adding more to your side. After demand goes down int he middle of the month they may go for 2010 rares, but by the end of the month its usually 2009 rares.

Is this fair and what would be need to be added/removed to make it fair?
Very unfair to you. The uncommon dragons are worth about a 2009 rare due to popularity, Just the purple re-release would be fair.

Is that trade unfair? The person I was trying to trade with kept saying 'this trade is very unfair' and 'this is the most unfair trade I've ever seen' no matter how many pets I added, so is it really unfair? (Because if it is I really need help...)

and that one... I need to know if it's unfair too... I think it was but I'm not sure...
For #1 I'd say its close to fair, but you may want another opinion. #2, unfair to them.

Number 1 {They're giving me the cat, wanting the dog}
Number 2 {They're giving me the horse and rabbit, wanting the items}
Number 3 {They're giving me the rat, butterfly wolf, and horse wanting the 2nd gen dog and and wingless butterfly wolf}
Number 4 {They're giving me the butterfly wolf, cat, rat, and bunny wanting the two items}
#1. A bit unfair to them.
#2. Fair.
#3. A little unfair to them.
#4. I don't know how much the items are worth exactly, but since they were free I'd say fair or close to fair.
