Right. First of all, trades telling me "fair!" in my face won't make me want to accept. Secondly, blatantly lying to me definitely won't make me want to accept!

(Could this be considered scamming? If so, then I will report this person).

I may be wrong, but in all those cases it looks like the top is overpaying...?

I'm not sure if what they offered was fair, but it was definitely close and a lot more fair than the one you sent ^^

but that's not what I'm upset about- their message made if sound as if I don't know anything about CS.
