I use this account for gifting only and send out missed outcomes from each month to users who missed them. I will admit I don't always include a message because sometimes I simply don't have time or whatever. But would it kill folks to at least say thanks when they accept? A lot of people do but there are quite a few who don't and they aren't COPPA users. =(

It's not a second account. I simply don't have the time to play CS and collect pets for myself so I use my account to send out gifts. Where in there did I say this is a second account?
