I would personally say that based on the rares list, it's fine. The Bat Dog and the Dragon are both in high demand. I often swap Bat Dogs and Dragons for Blue Rose level pets. ouo b

Normally owls go for less than sitting cat lines, however, with the owls demand just about equal with the cats, I'd say it's just dandy.
