"The" Rares List Guide - Do not ask about new UR's!

It's hard enough to trade them for a ballooon dog as it is - i'm sure there will be a spike in popularity with the new tag, but i don't expect it to last. there are far more wanted omgs out there, attention will more than likely fade from the rats - i believe it already has with the ur rat?

They're already worth a balloon dog, and therefore really should be on the list, probably just under it. People do expect balloon dogs for them, which was why we had such a difficult time getting the heavy spot. I'd vote for them to be placed just under blue/pink balloons and then see where demand takes the OMGSR.

I think it was because we were in the middle of making a rat list, they just never really got added up. But now I suppose we'll be proactive, but these guys up, then finish that rat list. xD

Shouldn't the ornament PPS be on the rares list up there somewhere? komi said it's worth about an oct 08 , but i don't see it on the list.

Yes, last I checked we were going to work on composing a July/August rat list. Thus why they haven't been added already. These do belong, value-wise, on the main list as Komi said. I'll add the 2 that just turned; I can't imagine the other from that litter is that much less rare, so maybe I'll just wait to see if that catches up in the next rarity update before adding it.

They are called the Heavy Speckled Heart Rat and the Light Speckled Heart Rat, correct? Just under the Balloon dogs sounds ok, but are they really more valued than the UR Apple/Purple Horse or the Rose/Skelly PPSes?

Once I place those two, I want to work on placing at least the other Heart Rat and the Blue Swirly one, as those I think definitely belong on the main list. As for the other July rats, I'm not sure. Most if not all of them would at least make the Septembers list, which some of the August rats would as well.

I'm thinking we'll definitely see a spike in the UR Butterbun's popularity now that people know how rare it is. Whether these less popular OMGsrs like the rats will see any sustainable change depends I think on how many more pets turn to OMG in the coming months. If a lot start to change then that label won't be as *speshul* as it used to be.

I think under the balloon dogs isn't a bad place for the rats. I know they aren't popular at all, and their demand is low, but their OMGSR rarity I think warrants them there. I guess it depends on what the majority of people here would pay for those rats. If I needed them for my collection, I would definitely pay a little less than a balloon dog for one, no problem c;
I also agree that the other heart rat and the blue swirly one deserve to be on the list. Maybe close to the bottom of it, but they do deserve to be placed on there though c:
And as for the UR Bun, I agree that people are probably going to start hunting those buns crazily for awhile since bunnies are a popular species here and all. I am not sure where it would need to be on the List, but maybe after a few weeks or so of watching trades for it, we can address that later on ^^ But yeah, I hope I can help a little bit.
