I'd say no for although demand may be higher for the red rose, the lime ice rat is three places higher so you shouldn't need to add at all for rarity and even for demand, not that much.

I'd say that's a pretty good offer. I guess if the pets offered are on your partners wishlist, then it's fair to them.
If I had another advent wolf, i'd probably trade.
