For an Advent 08 Angel Advent? Fair, too little, or too much? ^_^

A rare Eat Me dog, a rare Blue Seal PPS, + a rare Greenish Seal PPS for a rare blue panda rat, a rare pink may rat, an uncommon ladybug owl, the uncommon sun/stars bunny from Easter, the common PPS horse from last month, an uncommon advent lion, and these two pets:

Is this trade fair? I want to be sure I'm not being ripped off, or vice-versa.

And what could the person add to make it fair? Would a toxic of some sort [Green or Blue] and/or Sorbet [Red or Green] make it fair? If not what else could they add?
Edit: I meant what the person could add to there side of the trade for the UR Cat for the three sentences above. XD I should of been clearer and said UR Cat. I know Grey Dragons aren't worth Toxics and Sorbets. XP

@Molybdenum= I'd say unfair to side with store dogs. Though the rat is an 2008 it's not valued very high. Plus that seems to be the only rare on the other side.

Quite a bit more. A few more advents of that worth (mid-range) would help. Even a pink September plus something else would do.
