Unfair, fair, or? If it's unfair, what could I add to make it fair?

@Ichigo: Quite a bit. Depends on how you value the Ur - I've seen it all over the board, so I'll put it in the middle range of August rarities. Not as rare as the spotted tribal but not as common as a balloon dog.

You'll need rare dogs. Like lots of 08 advents or September dogs. Even a balloon dog. ^^
