XD I really don't get this CoPPA thing... there's so many users on here that are under 13 and are very active posters...

COPPA users and 13 and under kids who didn't get their parent's permission to be let on the site. There are users who are that age and not COPPA'ed, because their parents send their permission to Tess/Nick. This is to prevent that parents find out of the site one way or another, find the forum not safe for their children and complain to Tess/Nick.

COPPA (Child Online Privacy Protection Act) is a bill that was passed making it so a parent or guardian has to sign off on signing up for a website for minors under the age of 13. It's not so much preventing minors from getting online as it is preventing minors from getting their hands on really nasty stuff that's on the internet or signing up for websites with nasty stuff. Owners of websites with adult material on there that take no measures to prevent minors from accessing it CAN be sued or arrested depending on the content.

tl;dr: It's basically a protective act to save minors from bad material and creepers online.

A person that thinks a pet in my "wish list" thinks that they can choose from my wish list trades no matter of rarity. D8< PLUS they know that they're choosing my dragon and few others from my collection. I really dis-like rule breakers, especially these kinds. >.<

What? Excuse me? Sway whose interest? If you're the one asking for a pet, definitely do not say the person you want something from has to sway YOUR interest.

As it is, that pet is promised to someone for a date swap. >_<
