I think it's about fair. Demand wise unfair to the Joker Bun since the Rainbow Manes aren't popular.

nonswirl and a blue to purple toxic is fair for a july pps about.
plus currently july pps are very hard to trade off. the demand for them has really gone down. while moon dogs and the spotted tribals are in demand.

not even rarity wise. its unfair to the other side.
the gap from nonswirl to july pps is only about a purple toxic maybe a bit less.
