Trades which you feel horrible for cancelling- it was a kind thought, and I appreciate that more than the pixels. And they're items I wouldn't use- the person in question does a ton of gifting, and surely could have found someone that would use 'em.

But now I've got that quiet guilt trip about cancelling........even saying it was the thought I appreciated more, I still feel quite guilty about it now.

Gah.

And even more so on topic........just got my third trade tonight asking for all of the unused items I've got, in exchange for a store pet. Yeah no, thanks. Some things really aren't for trade, but there is no way to separate the group.

Going on a celebratory gifting spree because I finally got my Joker dog, saw someone I hadn't seen around and sent the gift as a suggestion, nothing much. Why did I send a gift as a suggestion?

Simple: gifts accepted either rudely or without thanks.
What happened? They sent it back as a trade without a word, not a simple "Thanks"

I feel slightly bad for cancelling the gift, but I don't want to give it to someone who isn't even grateful enough to type one word I'd rather give it to someone who is

personally I love giving random gifts! I always feel like I have to give something back to the person, but it fusterates me when i get no response.. It makes me feel like.. "Why am I giving you this?" I always leave a message, sometimes write a short story when gifting..

it makes me frustrated when i get nothing in the message back :[

Rant: People with several unlocked hoards. I have nothing against hoarders, don't get me wrong. But when they have 1 - 3 hoards of 30+ pets each, all unlocked/WL-locked, and all those hoard pets on my WL...it makes it a pain in the butt to sort through all of them to find anything of theirs that I want. Especially if it's new and old pets...so I can't just skip the first/last half of the "Pets on your WL" list. >_<''

It's like they're thinking, "Oh, another gift? *sigh* Better add it to the pile. *toss over shoulder* *goes back to what they were doing*"


At least when they don't leave any message at all I can assume they were just so happy they forgot to.
