Considering demand, and what others pay for Shimas, that would be unfair to the Shima. I'm not really sure what would need to be added, though...

Shima demand is so crazy right now that it really has more to do with what the other person wants. I don't think demand is very stable, it's just ridiculously high for now. Personally I'd never pay that much for a shima.
