I'm not exellent with item rarities, but it's either fair or unfair to them.

Guys, first of all, I would say unfair to the BA. You could get a low toxic.

And second of all, the BA will not be moved because it is already really lucky to be at the top of the Septembers List. (Pointing out so we might be able to avoid a spam convo XD)

Not the best with items, but I think it may be a little unfair to them. I would go for it though. ^^
