Trade Rant Thread [NEW]

Just got this:

I know it's not so bad, but honestly.

Offers like these drive me insane, mostly because:
a. The user wants both of the PPS
b. The user offers pets from this/last month that I most likely already have.

I know she offered a 2010 uncommon, but still. There's no need to have both, nor offer an amount of random uncommons from recent months. I'm not asking for rares, I'm only looking for something worth my while if these Chinese New Years pets are supposed to be worth so much.

after thinking about it, i accepted it, i treasured those pets, but i got the dog i wanted

then got this trade back today from them: http://www.chickensmoothie.com/trades/v ... _hY3J57E0w

they said that the trade was unfair and to give it back
i cancelled it saying no thanks, feel really bad about it, but i love the dog, that why i was working so hard to get it, ive been going up and up on the advent 08 list to get it. And they should have checked a little better to see if it was fair or not.
now im scared they'll get really angry, or even report me

Why would you be reported? You gave no reason what's so ever unless you sent them threatening messages or you were rude which I doubt you were.

Well, when they only offer one of the pets you paid for it, that's not cool. Plus, they obviously wanted to trade in the beginning, they can't go around making you give back pets to them whenever they want.

That's there own personal issue. Not the concern of the admins. Hekomi even says in the rules of the FTT that all answers are opinions and not facts

i checked to see if they still had my pets, 2 of them are gone, so i dont think ill be trading back haha

Wait, the Lolita store dog goes for THAT much? I got mine for a handful of uncommons back when it came out.
Then later I feel all guilty about it. In fact, a lot of times I end up looking back at trades that were perfectly fair when I traded, but since then my pet has gone up a lot in value, my light faced growing October being a notable example. I traded for her a few days before she went VR. I also got a few of my horad pets the day before they turned rare.

When someone sends you a suggestion with a ton of pets you'd die to have but can't afford and ask you to offer ;o; I always feel bad for cancelling, and for not having the pets to trade fairly for them.
