So...as you can see in my sig, I'm auctioning off a Purple Toxic. This afternoon, I got a pretty nice offer that included a Red Toxic. At first I was "awesome, that's not a bad bid at all", but then I went "wait, why does the Red Toxic's name include the letters UFA?" As I expected, the trade offer was soon auto-canceled by a trade-away, and as I expected, it was the Red Toxic that had changed owner. -_-
I put to you this question - if you are auctioning off a pet, why on God's green Earth would you offer that same pet as a bid in another auction? Since his auction ended first and the Red Toxic has been traded away, he no longer has a valid bid in my auction, and there's no way he could win without that particular pet right now. If he hadn't traded it away yet, and he won my auction and gave me the Red Toxic, he would have screwed over everyone who bid in his auction because he'd already given it away. I mean, really now.
