A non is a non, the foal trades for a non- p fair to me

Nons have pretty neutral demand, so it may be easier to trade away than the foal (unless you happen to want the foal, in which case- 100% fair, as stated)

I'd say it's fair. The UR Foal has no special demand and it makes sense for it to go for a non due to rarities. Many ask for 1.5 nons, as a non is generally not as rare as a UR (as they're released every Dec.18 AFTER their release, older UR's can be considered just as rare as new UR's).

From my personal experience the foal can easily fetch it's list value (1 non + 1 sorb) so for me the non would need to add a sorb.
The foal has also been OMGSR for way longer than the nons so it's safe to assume that it's rarer than them
