Bulk trade is worth more.
The tier 6 bun in the 2nd trade is worth 6-7 '09 rares + a '09 uncommon.
The pets for the first trade is worth around 6 '09 rares. Balloon lion plush, butterfly wolf & party kitty are all worth a '09 rare each rarity wise so that makes the trade worth up to 9 '09 rares.

Can i have a second opinion please? Which should i accept?

Which you should accept depends on which offer you like more and how you value your own pet, and the pets offered to you.
