Do you guys think this is fair?

unfair to the other person actually, a regular non-list 08 VR is worth 2 09 rares and a half. they have the worth of 3, and warriors can go for overpay. so overall unfair to them no matter how you look at it.

What about for just the two dogs then? would that still be unfair?

very unfair to you, the joker bunny is much lower on the list and the rest of the pets make little to no difference.
They need to add roughly the worth of an 09 UR dog.

you could remove the warrior from their side and replace it with a later 2010 rare to even it up a bit more.

very unfair to you, your pet is worth twice their side approx. they need to add 2-3 09 rares without demand. also, grey mini huskies are worth quite a bit in terms of demand too, I've always had people ask for mine and offer over. They do have a warrior, but you'd be trading off the list. making this offer overall a complete disadvantage for you in my opinion.
