Hello. ^^ I was wondering how many uncommons, not taking time of release into account, would be equivalent to a rare?
No specifics here.. I hope it's still a legitimate question.

it depends on the rare, which species the uncommons are, when tehy were released, and the specific uncommons.

Your question is to broad.
Different UCs would be worth different values.
For example, the Long Tailed Staff Dog [from 'o9 or '10, I think] are very high in demand, and a rare may not be worth it.
But if it was a rather high rare, like the White Febuary [from 'o9, I believe] Than it would take more.

Please specify which UC, which R's.

Not sure, but I believe Sunback + July PPS is worth more than Sunback + Yellow and Pink Sorbs.
