White Skull Cat - regular '09 very rare, worth three month rule/2 '09 rares. May be additional demand associated with it as a Malk cat
The 2016 dinosaur store pets have a base value of 1-2 '09 rares. The values for these store pets are pretty inconsistent though. Some traders value them at 0.5 MA, while others push it up to a price of 1 MA. This is, of course, all subjective and trader-based. There is very little trade data for them, but I will link what there is
here. It appears the store raptor has two trades valuing it at 1 MA. There is a trade by Horror where they trade 3 of the dinosaur store pets for a grinner (worth 2 MA). It would seem that two of the grown dinosaur store pets were valued at 0.5 MA, while the PPS dinosaur was probably valued at 1 MA. This is all speculation on my part though. If Horror sees this, perhaps they could add more insight on their rationale. Since there is not a lot of hard data to match it to an "exact" value, I would just be cautious of these discrepencies if you ever think about selling it.
White Snowflake Lion - 1 MA (6-9 '09 rares)

i received it with this marked value but haven't been able to find much other than
it's a re-released 2009 halloween pet. is 1MA value due to it being an event release?
any reference links would be helpful but are not needed, just looking for a second opinion.
This is the Cobweb Bun. It is, indeed, worth 1 MA. Base rarities come about due to a multitude of factors. The main factor is when a particular outcome becomes very rare and how long it took them to become very rare. The Cobweb Bun started off as rare. It turned very rare in April 2011 -
x. It took a little less than 2 years for it to turn very rare, which is quite fast if you think about it in comparison to an outcome that starts off as very common, common, etc. Since it was an event pet, it had a higher likelihood of starting off rarer than free adopt outcomes. Less people would have gotten the outcome if they had to collect tokens in order to get more of said outcome. Thus, the fact it was an event pet does play a part in its base rarity.
As an additional source,
here is some trade data showing what people have been trading it for recently.
