What needs to be changed to make this fair?

The gap between the GWJ and nontag level is only a high september - as is the gap between the nontag and nonjewel. You'd really only need to add a low main list to your side. :)

Based on rarity it might be (I'm not really sure) but I can tell you right now that with the demand of jokers it is extremely unlikely they would accept. :)

Are you sure it's a GWJ? I thought they all grew up already. GWJ grows on day 13 I believe.
