It depends on how you value store pets. Personally, I'd value each of those store pets at an '09 rare, in which case it's very unfair to you. If you value them as an '10 rare each, then the '11 rare isn't needed.

I personally got offered UR Cucumbers for my Sorbet more than my Non considering how hard it is to trade off for something fair... I would personally accept this, but it's really up to you how you value your UR Cucumber and if you're happy with this trade or not. ^^

If you still follow the list, they'd technically be overpaying with the Purple Batdog and Purple Star Bobtail alone.
Blue Rose = 7 Mid Advents (store pet doesn't add much value to the trade)
Purple Batdog = 6.5 Mid Advents + Purple Star Bobtail = 7.5 Mid Advents
