to about a purple batdog, hence trading
down on my side, would this be fair to me?

The Boar PPS added would get you a tier higher = Pink Striped September Tier
The items would need to be worth 3 Mid Advents for this to be fair.
I don't know a lot about items but I am sure that they aren't worth that much.

Yes, those are all store items. They aren't worth more than their sell price. And I agree is this is unfair to you.

The PPS dragon cat is valued at around a low to mid advent list. The bottom is equivalent to 4 2009 rares + the 2013 commons with rarity, or more depending on how you value the zodiac.
It is up to you whether to accept or not since it is pretty fair considering demand.

It is overpay by the top since their very rare alone would be fair for yours. They are from the same time period. ^^
