the first one is unfair, ill edit how much in a minute. they would need to add at least a 2011 rare as most of these pets are form 2021 and dont add up to be the 2010 rare.
the second one looks fair, your rare is from '08 so the person needs to add 1 more 2010 rare to be fair. the '09 VR rat is 1 '08 rare then 3 '10 rares is 1.5 '09 rares and you need 2 '09 rares to be fair.
the third one i cant really help with, im still learning items.

if that dog is from '09 like i think it is. then this trade is fair as the rats are worth a '10 rare each and 2 '10 rares= 1 '09 rare.

at first glance it looks unfair. but let me do some math real quick like
1- 2011 uncommon
3- 2012 uncommons
3- 2012 rares
so 4 2012 rares
that equals 2- 2011 rares or 1-2010 rare + 1 2012 uncommon and 1 2011 uncommon. so its fair for 1 right there
7-2013 uncommons which is 3.5 2013 rares so 1 2012 rare + 1 2013 uncommon
6 2014 commons + 1 2014 uncommon or 4 2014 uncommons so 2 2013 rares or 1 2012 rare
2- 2012 rares makes a 2011 rare
1-2015 common
4-2016 commons which makes 1 2016 rare
based on this math their side is worth
1-2010 rare + 1 2011 rare + 1 2011 uncommon + 1 2013 uncommon + 1 2013 OMGSC + 1 2015 common and 1 2016 rare
if they add 1 2011 uncommon then it would be fair for two of them. but they would need to add at least a 2010 rare plus some to be fair for all 4 store rats

they would need to add either 1 2011 uncommon and take out the 2013 uncommons+ the extra 2014 uncommon or add 3 2013 rares and take out the 2011 uncommon

according to this a 2009 rare is worth 35-55 C$
the lion is worth 20-25$ so i actually think this trade is fair with the 27 added c$

I'm pretty sure their side doesn't even add up to one 2013 uncommon (or even if it does, it definitely won't be over two 2013 uncommons)

looking at it I saw
65ish worth of 2010 rares or about 34 09 rares. i need to add some more but at first glace this is unfair
the zodiac set goes for .5 nons+ the other day my friend got paid a UR squid for her TD zodiac set.
so they need 50-75 '09 rares total and it definitely doesn't equal that
