unfair to you by a little bit (in my opinion). I've been offered more for WCs because a bunch of people collect them and value them higher but I guess that depends on who you're trading- get another opinion.

Mountain Zebra = 1 non
UR Banana = 1 non
White Scarf/Snowflake Dog = Low Oct = 0.5 MA

Rarity wise it’s an overpay for the Zebra, demand wise neither UR Banana nor Zebra has very good demand, so it’s up to you really
Personally, I think trading Zebra away should be easier than trading away UR Fruit, but that’s just my opinion

fragile sticker, cootie shot, blindfold = 2012 common/uncommon ea.
-- all of the other items are worth a common/uncommon from release date

== max. 1 2011 rare, 1 2012 rare + add for the remaining items that I didn't mention
seeing as 2 2011 rares (or 4 2012 rares) = 1 2010 rare, I'm supposing they figured that bulk on their side would be equal to yours, but personally I don't think they have enough on their side to constitute that.

The pink/purple Tess horse is worth around 0.75 MA (4-6 '09 rares), being a low advent. The leopard rat is a MA, but tends to go for much less than that, most likely around 0.5 MA, (3.5 '09 rares) due to its lack in demand. The other two rares have no special demand. The base value for your side (the Halloween sitting cat) is about 2 MA, (12-16 '09 rares). So your side adds up to 1.25 -1.50 MA roughly, and the other two 2020 rares don't add anything to this value really. You're overpaying by around 0.50 MA, or 3.5 '09 rares.

Red Rose = 3 MAs (= 18-27 2009 rares) - Mid Advent Tier

Offering side (applying 2:1 ratio for easier calculations):
1 2008 VR = 2 2008 Rs = 4 2009 Rs
4 2009 VRs = 8 2009 Rs
1 2010 VR = 2 2010 Rs = 1 2009 R
2 2011 VRs = 4 11 Rs = 2 10 Rs = 1 09 R
1 2012 VR = 2 12 Rs = 1 11 R
4 2019 Store pets = 4 2010 Rares = 2 2009 Rs
100 C$ = Low Octobers = 3 2009 Rares
→ 19 2009 Rares + 2011 Rare (roughly)

I’m now aware of any of the offered pets having any special demand nor being on the list, thus I counted them as regular VRs and Rs, that being said, you’d be getting the lower end of the Red Rose’s worth and you’d be trading off the list.
Additionally, the most valuable pets offered are horses and rodents, which don’t have the best demand (personal preference)

Personally, I wouldn’t take it, because I believe you can get better stuff for the Red Rose and stay within the List as well

As per Cheshire cat, it goes for about 2 MAs and the laptop is worth about 2010 rare but goes for more due to demand (but I wouldn’t pay more than 2009 R/VR)
