All involved pets typically go for fair trades. Demand is ultimately up to you though. ^^

Unfair to you. Their pets make up just over half of the worth of yours. Their pets add up to a '13 uncommon, a '15 uncommon and a '15 common, while yours is worth a '13 rare.

(I know store pets from 2018 are worth a 2010 rare but theres no secret demand or rarity thing I don't know about to it correct?)

It's slight overpay on the top. The malk wolf and your dog would swap fairly as they fall within the 3 month rule.
They're overpaying for your store pet as it's only worth a late '10 rare, and they're offering an early '10 rare.

They are slightly overpaying. If you think that two uncommons make a rare, then they are over by an '18 uncommon.
