I personally would not. For me, rats are a hassle. I value store pets higher as they won't ever be rereleased, too.

I think the top is overpaying by a little. 2016 store pets are worth early '10s, and 2017 store pets are worth mid '10 rares. Not sure if the 2017 rare they included helps that fact. If you're not nitpicky about that, then I think it's fair?
(I personally find that the dog store pet trades better than the gryphon store pets ^U^)

First trade; list-wise, it is unfair to you as your pet is higher up.
The zebra can usually fetch a non. The spotted tribal is a sorbet short of a non.
I would personally have them add at least a sorbet to their side. Demand is honestly up to you though.

1. It's unfair to you even demand wise. The Zebra can get at least 1-2 Nons, the Spotted Tribal is only worth 2 Sorbets, and doesn't go for that much.

2. It's unfair to you. Your items are from 2011, and they're asking for a lot but their side doesn't add up to it~
