It's unfair to you. Their side is worth an '09 rare + '10 rare (rat is originally from October 2010), your side is worth 2 '09 rares. ^^

They would be overpaying slightly. A 2013 common is worth 8 2016 commons (or four 2016 uncommons). Each 2017 uncommon would be worth one 2016 common, so their side adds up to 9 2016 commons plus the 2018 common.

Just wondering if this would be alright to do? I know it's fair rarity wise, but does anyone know if I'd be able to get another 2 Nons worth out of the Coontail again? Or should I just keep my quantity?

From personal experience, it's difficult to get 2 nons worth out of the coontail.
The coontail is pretty high on the list, so most just settle for trading theirs for underpay.
I personally would keep your 2 nons as they'd be easier to trade off. That's just my opinion though~

Unfair to you. A 2016 storepet is worth an early '10 rare. Two '10 rares would add up to an 09 rare, but the 2012 and the 2016 rares don't add up to a '10 rare c:
