it's not a C$ tag, it's CS. tags are just shortened when the pet is small!

Do we know when the rarities of the April outcomes & CS Birthday pets will be released??

Rarities can take 1-3 months to be released, depending on time of the year and how many ongoing events interfere with the updates.
Typically we have an update once a month, but as there's no set schedule for them, it could be on any day and at any time. Most the time updates happen 1-2 weeks into the month, but that's just an average and not a guarantee^^
