I want to say unfair to the crayon dog, as that 2nd gen dog was part of a litter you could adopt for more than one month. Their value way less than a normal 2008/2009 rare because so many people got them over so long a period of time. Get another opinion to be sure.

Disagreed. One tier does not equal one 2009 rare. I'm not sure what to add though, sorry. ^^;
