So I was over at the Pound a little while ago and I came across this blue rooster...named Onion.
Pet's name: Onion
Little back story as to why that particular name caught my eye immediately...
I have a sandy Flemish Giant buck named Basil. He hurt his back and spent most of this past winter in my basement rec room. Anybody who's ever known an un neutered male rabbit can probably agree with me that they don't exactly always smell very pretty. A 17 lb Flemish Giant smelling far worse than even an average sized rabbit lol. Basil acquired the nick name "Onion Bunn" by my daughters because when he gets all musky and going around rubbing his chin on everything he can reach, he definitely smells a bit like a 3 day old hoagie lol. I spend a lot of time sitting on the carpet in the basement yelling "Onion! Come back over here and LOVE ME!" as he scampers away across the basement only to come charging back an jump into my lap, let me scritch his ears for a minute before giving me a nip and bounding away again. Over the weeks, Onion Bunn has morphed again into us all simply referring to him as "The Bunnion".
Back to my most recent Pound catch up there. I adopted the chicken, and ran off to my items to throw the one remaining brown Easter bunn from a few years back onto the rooster. With the idea I'd then go find a fitting CS bunny that looks most similar to my Basil the Bunnion and hoard it. ^_^
It was then that I discovered that there is not a single sandy or natural wild colored rabbit to be found anywhere on ChickenSmoothie, other than this little cutie..
Though, the balloon bunnies DO come close...
Anyway, I decided to put all three of those on my Wish List. Then fell in love with all of the little babies. So I added them as well and have stuffed all of them into a group simple labeled💞BUNNION💞
So, this should be interesting and give me something new to do for a while anyway. ^_^
