All of your past cats have been based on different animals. They have similar markings. Ecology is the study of how organisms interact with eachother, which would kinda relate to how all your kitties have been different animals?

- The marking look very similar.

Ecology
- as Spring pointed out, they do match.
- also lions (from last year) hunt: Same as foxes (from last last year) do as well. Foxes hunt birds

Well, here's another guess. Maybe it's Cel's (past) years' gooey markings. Cel's previous cats look like they have stuff coming out of them, which is similar to this one.
