Anyone think the pps dog will be rare?

My opinion is that it'll probably be uncommon. It's not actually that hard to find. ^_^
It could even turn out as a common.

Yeah I'm pretty sure the PPS is just this months "rare". Like the PPS cocoon last month or even the PPS joker lion from April :p

Yeah, I'm pretty sure we haven't seen a rare monthly outcome in a while, which is kind of makes me sad
