I'd make an educated guess at 1050-1300 c$ since they go for roughly a non, sometimes a fair bit more. Demand is up to you and your trading partner though.

The 2019 rare is worth 1-3C$
The item would only be worth a common/uncommon from 2019, and uncommons and under don't have a set C$ worth, so it's really up to you how you value it ~
