I didn't want to clog up the January discussion thread with my continued posting, so I thought I would make a thread here for those interesting in a small control group of the Zodiac Dragons.

• Disclaimer: I traded for all of these eggs before they were cracked - after the first egg cracked I stopped adding eggs to this group. That is why we are at an awkward 122.

Aries: 3.27% (4 dragons)
Taurus: 5.7% (7 dragons)
Gemini: 4.9% (6 dragons)
Cancer: 10.65% (13 dragons)
Leo: 10.65% (13 dragons)
Virgo: 10.65% (13 dragons)
Libra: 9.02% (11 dragons)
Scorpio: 7.38% (9 dragons)
Ophiuchus: 1.64% (2 dragons)
Sagittarius: 6.6% (8 dragons)
Capricorn: 9.83% (12 dragons)
Aquarius: 7.38% (9 dragons)
Pisces: 2.45% (3 dragons)
Cetus: 7.38% (9 dragons???)

Total percentage grown: 100%.

Of my initial eggs all have grown (exactly 100%).

➵ Zodiac Hatch Order & Predicted Color(s)

Looks like we will have (and in this order): Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio (egg color?), Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces. I color-picked off the first cracked egg as it was brighter. Depending which background you're using the colors may be adjusted due to saturation/brightness.

Cetus is expected to be teal.

➵ Artist Inspiration?

The Tess zodiacs were made in 2023 and my plan was to release them on the same month as the zodiac dogs like a regular litter. The dragon colours are not referenced off Homestuck but the first website I found when googling Horoscope colours. There was no reason to my choice of colours.

➵ Will Ophiuchus be included?

If it (Ophiuchus) is included it would be after Scorpio if it follows the order - but since that would be a special inclusion I imagine it would both be the last growth and the least common. Also would explain the two colors at the bottom of the egg - indicating it would have a special design of more than one color.

⛎ - looks like it would he a purple and red ombre.

Cetus has made an appearance as there are still growing eggs after Pisces has cracked. Cetus falls between Pisces and Aries so as long as the pattern follows true, Pisces will hatch first and the last of the eggs will be Cetus.

See that is so odd - I think all the regular zodiacs are supposed to have a probability of around 8-9% and I assumed Ophiuchus and Cetus would have a probability of 1-2%.

However, I'm going to have quite a few Cetus and very few Ophiuchus. It seems of the two special inclusions only Ophiuchus may have significantly less probability. At the moment, my remaining eggs only 2 have cracked and 6 are definitely Cetus. Seems very odd.
