What do you consider a complete collection?

Officially the archive wants special releases but not store pets. To me? It's complete if you have all the monthly/events. I consider special releases "just for fun" like items. If I saw someone that had all of 2023 except the store and SR pets I would applaud them for their full collection

Yeah agreed! I completely understand when people don't choose to collect the stores and ur's bc of value😅
