It's pretty simple to use, just check off the rats you own and all the numbers should update themselves. Each year is separated and so are their events, as well as unreleased and store pets. It will also give you a percentage of completion (both including UR + store pets and not including them).
Yes, I did copy and paste over 1000 images of rats today. I know some of them are tiny, but they are all in the order that they are in the archive so you can use that as a reference if you can't tell which one is which.
All the rarities are up to date but I haven't finished the system to count them by rarity yet so that's not yet a feature.
