Question for Swiftalu (or anyone else who knows);;
Since you designed the blanket pup, did you choose the palette yourself? If not, how is it chosen? If no, why did you choose it?

desmond in the past has talked about cqd, "come quick; distress" and sos, which is of course a "save our ship" thing.
there's a pup i want to point the finger to.

so one of the main key factors of this pup is that thing around its neck. what is it, exactly?
well, i speculate it to be a floatie. if you dont know what that is, it is none other then these bad boys right here.


so you may ask "pomi, what does that have to do with anything?"
and i would respond "please wait im getting to that ok"

so as we know, sos is save our ship, and cqd come quick; distress. this is where the floaties come in.
floaties are meant to help keep people afloat.
i believe that this lil pup got themselves in some trouble overseas.

now that that's cleared up, where does the dinosaur part come in?
well, desmond spoke about something quite interesting in the discord.

i also have some other suspicions of pups, but ill be seeing if i can connect the hints to the pup. smell yall later xoxo

okay okay but this pup

looks like an african wild dog kinda

like just the prints and stuff have the same sorta - light base colour, contrasting markings, markings have a darker but similar coloured outline. a fair bit of the (wild) dogs tail is also white which would go with the staff pups white tail...

except

the pup has a stumpy tail, wild dogs have a full length tail
the pup has floppy ears, wild dogs have ears that stick out like a satellite

just gonna have to wait for the adult stage i guess
